"Liquid-Solid Separation Technology for Municipal, Agricutlural, and Industrial Facilities"

  • The entire process can be in place two months after initial order confirmation.

  • The design and flow of the process allows the flexibility to recognize and fully optimize facility biosecurity rules, as well as, the current labor structure.  Outdoor signs and alarms, allow indoor personnel to flow swine wastewater (influent), operate flocculation, pour “Quick-Dry” Filters, and flow effluent while monitoring each from inside the production unit in order to maintain normal operating duties.

  • Land Requirements are dependent upon the size or volume created by the operation.  The range is from 7 to 10 cubic feet of “Quick-Dry” Filtration per Animal Unit (AU = 1,000 pounds of live animal weight).  Other land requirements will include a small shelter (approximate size 8 feet by 8 feet) for RapidFloc Mixer (flocculation unit) and polymer activation process equipment, concrete pump station housing, area to place a effluent catch tank (near liquid storage area), and when necessary, a shelter for AquaTrac machines.

  •  Labor requirements would include Routine and regular maintenance of process equipment (up to 1 hour per week), Automatic control sequencer operation (10 to 20 minutes per pour), AquaTrac machine operation AquaTrac 100 one-man biosolids retrieval = 4,000 square feet per hour, AquaTrac 200 and AquaTrac Dumper two-man biosolids retrieval = 6,000 sq. ft. per hour. Process Monitoring for Accuracy and Effectiveness: (up to 20 minutes per pour)

  • Certification program
