"Liquid-Solid Separation Technology for Municipal, Agricutlural, and Industrial Facilities"

  • Benefits

  • Why is Deskins “Quick-Dry” Filtration Process™ Liquid-Solid Separation the best option?

Liquid-Solid Separation when done right results in two products that have the desired components contained in each.  The Deskins “Quick-Dry” Filtration Process™ does this every time...guaranteed. The two products (liquid and solid) allow greater control of the use of nutrients they contain.

Independent Report from Earth Tech (USEPA uses them to evaluate systems) evaluating different types of Wastewater Handling Techniques including Deskins “Quick-Dry” Filtration Process™ in Adobe portable document format (pdf).

    What is Normal Liquid-Solid Separation?

Normally done by expensive high-tech machines or slow non-mechanical methods, liquids are separated from the solids without altering the chemical make-up of either portion.

What are the benefits of using Deskins “Quick-Dry” Filtration Process™ Liquid-Solid Separation for Agriculture?

Over the past twenty years, technology and financial goals have driven agriculture to become very condensed especially in livestock production and food processing, creating rapid and immense growth concentrated in smaller areas.

Along with this growth, the production of unwanted nutrient-rich by-product in the form of waste have exceeded the local land requirements. Most concentrated areas are not in the areas where crop growth is greatest, therefore making the removal of unwanted nutrient-rich by-product more difficult.  As a result, these nutrient-rich by-products become the focus of ground and ground water contamination.

What can be done with the Biosolid product?

organizations will take the biosolid product to be used as raw product to be altered into useable USEPA Class A biosolid for proper distribution.
