Henderson.KY Purchased two RapidFloc Mixers to use with their(2)2.5 meter belt filter presses. Use of these units resulted in a reduction in polymer usage of 45-55% per ton of dry solids(TDS). They had a corresponding increase in hydraulic loading(flow) to the BFP's of 40%. Ten year history reflects a twenty fold return on investment.
