Achieving $8 cost per dry ton produced is very possible, and being done in many installations all over the country right now using Deskins Quick-Dry Filtration Process.  Some operations will require more and some have actually achieved less.  

70% dry material in 7 days is common especially in drier/hotter months.  Those who achieve 90% dryness in Summer encounter only 60% to 70% dryness in the Winter or Wetter months.  Even in poorer climates, drying occurs effectively.
